Waterfalls - Middle Falls
Middle Falls is an 80ft. cascade located just upstream from Burgess Falls. An overlook on the trial provides an excellent view of Middle Falls.
Burgess Falls State Park and Natural Area, located in Middle Tennessee, lies on the eastern edge of Tennessee's Highland Rim adjacent to the Cumberland Plateau and is noted for its natural beauty. Sheer bluffs, narrow ridges, rolling water and abundant mixed forest, characterize this area.

Turn LEFT out of Mountain Glen onto Brockdell Rd - drive approximately 6.3 miles.
Turn RIGHT onto Old TN-111 - drive approximately 1.0 miles.
Turn LEFT onto TN-284 - drive approximately 1.0 miles.
Turn RIGHT onto TN-111 - drive approximately 17.1 miles.
Take the ramp onto Spencer Hwy/TN-1/TN-111/US-70S Continue to follow TN-111 - drive approximately 10.6 miles.
Take EXIT toward O'Connor Rd - drive approximately 0.4 miles.
Turn LEFT at Walnut Grove Rd - drive approximately 0.3 miles.
Turn RIGHT at Old Cookeville Rd - drive approximately 0.2 miles.
Turn LEFT at James Austin Rd - drive approximately 0.9 miles.
Continue STRAIGHT onto Milk Plant Rd - drive approximately 0.2 miles.
Turn RIGHT at Willie Jarvis Rd - drive approximately 0.8 miles.
Turn RIGHT at Burgess Falls Rd/TN-135 - drive approximately 4.0 miles.
Arrive at Burgess Falls State Park.
